GIP Unit — Open Positions
Join us at our brand-new General Inpatient Unit in Port Arthur, TX. We're looking for compassionate, reliable, hardworking professionals to grow with us.
Licensed Vocational Nurse
Provide skilled nursing care under the direction of an RN in our new GIP Unit. Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and deliver compassionate end-of-life care.
Available Shifts
We're Looking For
- Active Texas LVN license in good standing
- Hospice or long-term care experience preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and hardworking
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Registered Nurse
Lead patient care in our GIP Unit — assess, plan, and coordinate care for patients and families during the most important time of their lives. RN-led, mission-driven environment.
Available Shifts
We're Looking For
- Active Texas RN license in good standing
- Hospice, palliative, or acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lead and mentor interdisciplinary team members
Certified Nurse Aide
Be the heart of daily patient care — assist with personal care, comfort, and dignity for our GIP Unit residents. Your presence makes an immeasurable difference every single day.
Available Shifts
We're Looking For
- Active Texas CNA certification
- Hospice or residential care experience a plus
- Genuine compassion for patients and families
- Dependable, team-oriented, and patient-focused
