We currently have two homes side by side in the quiet, upscale neighborhood of Stonewood in Orangefield, TX — situated on an acre that offers semi-private and private bed options. We accept all types of residents, including those with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and other chronic conditions.

We operate under the supervision of a licensed, wound care certified Registered Nurse who specializes in geriatric care. Our RN owner is a former Director of Nursing of a 96-bed facility, hospice nurse, hospice administrator, and home health administrator with several years of experience.

Each resident can expect to receive the highest quality of personalized care possible. We encourage them to have control over their lives and medical care as much as possible. We are about the same cost as a nursing home — $4,000–$7,000 per month (private pay & long-term care policies accepted, including John Hancock). We can also help arrange home health, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and/or hospice services as needed.
